Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo camera ampia, moderna e pulitissima colazione stupenda personale cordiale posizionato in zona tranquilla e abbastanza vicina alla stazione metropolitana. vicinanza a luoghi di interesse come tower bridge e tower of london. soggiorno perfetto.

L'hotel si presenta molto bene, in stile moderno. sia il personale addetto alla reception sia quello addetto al ristorante è molto professionale (in particolare rose e barbara). al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera e il bagno im maniera impeccabile, di una pulizia esemplare. sicuramente ci ritorneremo! marco & claudia

For the price and location i really have no right to criticise but i will purely so that the hotel can improve their services further. the restaurant on the ground floor next to the reception has a language problem. my wife and i considered to order the house pie but the menu prompted us to ask the server of the filling. he didn't know so i asked him to check (telephone call to the chef below on the breakfast restaurant level). contents were peas..... after further clarification it was confirmed not to contain anything else.... a simple pea pie. i asked to speak to the chef (over the telephone) and he said i could have peas if i wanted them as an extra otherwise the pie contained meat and a sauce that he didn't know the name of in english. other than this nonsense we were very happy with all other aspects of the hotel and would have no hesitation in making a recommendation.

The hotel changed owners the day we arrived which meant we couldn't check in till after 4pm but this was just a minor inconvenience. the staff worked hard to ensure minimum disruption to guests during the change over and were, on he whole, successful. we have stayed at this hotel several times and as usual we had a very pleasant stay. as this hote is now a premier inn it can only be booked on the premier inn website which is a pity as this means you have to pay the fixed rate. so no chance of a deal!!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. hotel pulito e ben curato. stanze ben arredate. ottima colazione. c'è la possibilità di svariare dalla colazione all'inglese a quella continentale. unica pecca il letto. il matrimoniale è poco più di una piazza e mezza.

We chose this hotel because we were attending a birthday celebration on a thames cruiser, leaving from the tower pier. the hotel is walking distance from the tower. it is a new hotel, very clean and modern. the staff were friendly and made us welcome. the room itself was a very pleasant surprise. it was spacious, quiet and very comfortable, with a great power shower. we could happily have spent a few days there, instead of just the one night. the only slight down side was the breakfast buffet. although the food was good, the hotel was very busy, so some of it had gone cold. the drinks all came from machines, so were a bit nondescript. also the staff were struggling to keep them filled, and the table hadn't been cleared after the previous occupants.

We would like to come bakck to this hotel later in our trips to london. nice and clean hotel, nearby the tube at tower hill, it makes it easy to go all over london. we have nothing bad to say about this hotel at all. very nice beds in rooms and very good room standard. we also loved the power showers and the great breakfast.

Ottimo hotel, servizio impeccabile, pulito, comodo, silenzioso. consigliatissimo anche per la posizione con due fermate di metro vicinissime, e molti locali nella zona. raggiungibile a piedi anche il famoso tower bridge.

The hotel is in a short walking distance from an undergroung station and unlike other hotels i have visited in london it was free of mould.

The hotel was very good value, i've stayed in higher grade hotels that weren't as nice. the room and en-suite shower were excellent. the only two things that let down the hotel for me were the breakfast, which was distinctly average and didn't match the rest of the hotel. and the lack of tourist info' on london. overall i am very pleased with the hotel and would stay there again no questions asked.

Despite having a confirmed booking (email & phone) for a non-smoking twin room we were forced to use a smoking double room on our first night with no apology from the reception staff. the windows don't open so the smoking rooms are quite putrid; my asthmatic mother had difficulty breathing throughout the night. our twin room had a broken door lock and it took 2 days before this was repaired adequately. the power shower is superb and the rooms were very clean. we appreciated having a kettle in the room, though the addition of herbal tea would be welcome. the included breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold dishes - though there is no espresso, only lattes and cappuccinos. the closest tube station is actually tower hill on the circle and district lines - not aldgate as indicated on the website.

Very good location for business travelers, near to city and walking distance of several tube stations (the nearest one is towe hill, specialy with you have a big and heavy bag with you). the bedroom is big, clean and confortable. perfect for those who need a good night of sleep before business meetings. there were no problems at all with the internet booking. i really recommend.
