The hotel is in a good location (close to underground and train connection to london heatrow). some signboards would be welcome to find it when you reach princes square.

We were given a room in the basement on the first night which was tiny and the windows wouldn't open and the heat was on full blast and couldn't be turned down - it was like sleeping in a greenhouse. after complaining we were moved to a different room for the remainder of our stay (2 nights). while at least that room had windows which could be opened it was very drab. refurbishment would be an idea for this hotel. definitely would not stay there again.

Very nice hotel, with all the facilities required. very good service from the staff. clean and nice.
