Overall the stay was acceptable but if you need to travel to town or airport this is not the right location. the shuttle bus service is not adequate and is good for 8 person and you need to book the bus so that you will not be asked to left the bus. to catch the shuttle bus back to the hotel from the airport is really difficult and the other alternative is to take a taxi. the hotel must live to the reputation of providing the promise service if not i suggest they charge a flat rate and improve on the frequent schedule. the shuttle bus driver has to take all the complaints and i seem these twice when i use the shuttle and he is doing a good job.
