We showed up too early for check in but rather than turning us away like most hotels, the gentleman at the desk told me our room would be ready in a half hour. i was so relieved. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. the bed and pillows very nice for a good nights sleep. the bathroom clean and comfortable (good shower, magnifying mirror for makeup)

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. the location and modern elegant style were great, and the rooms were very well appointed. i particularly liked the large luxury bathroom and nightly wine hour.

The hotel made a mistake with our room and gave us the wrong size bed upon check in but made up for it with the customer service. all the front desk staff (except one older man) were extremely friendly and always more then happy to assist you. the one older man seemed as if we were below him.

Fantastic value, great staff, really enjoyed our stay. good sized rooms and good sound insultaion - lacking so many other places. decent sized pool and not too busy. suprised to find we got free breakfast buffet, basic but hardly fair to say anything negative about that! free wine social hour was perfectly drinkable, got busy but a nice thing to offer.

I have just returned after a week in washington and a week spent at the palomar hotel. location excellent, facilities are very good and staff were helpful and friendly. we didn't eat in the restaurant but heard good reports from others that did. excellent pizzeria just above hotel called paradise and best pizza i've had in a while. we got the loan of bicycles from hotel and cycled around the sites across to arlington cemetery and back. traffic was manageable as long as you took your time. definitely recommend cycling in the city as no hills and all flat. definitely worth staying in and wine reception every evening from 5-6 as well.

Ottimo hotel in ottima posizione, vicino la metro. hotel molto bello e molto pulito. camere molto grandi e confortevoli dotate di tutto, perfino ferro ed asse da stiro. lo consiglio a chiunque.

Great hotel! great facilities! helpfull and friendly staff! good location! liked the wine and nibbles at 5pm! bar great, food great!! all in all perfect!! faultless! would definately stay again!!

Wir hatten ein angenehmes zimmer in ausreichender grösse. die einrichtung war modern und geschmackvoll, das bett war sehr gut. bad ausreichend gross.

Not a great start with no booking record however quickly sorted out. great room and mostly great staff. bar and restaurant layout could be better. food very good.
