This hotel is located in the very busy city of florence but you would hardly know that once you get to the hotel. it is very clean, quiet, staff are friendly and helpful. we had two rooms, one with a quaint balcony and the other with a beautiful garden view. the staff recommended and secured last minute reservations for two local places for dinner which were also excellent. i would highly recommend staying here. also, easy walking to all the downtown sites.
