I went to dallas to support my atlanta falcons. i had the opportunity to stay at the omni hotel in dallas. a beautiful upscale hotel. my room was located on the 21st floor , the view was absolutely amazing. there were several very good restaurants in the building, my personal favorite the owners box. if you ever find yourself in the city of dallas do yourself a favor and stay at the omni hotel 555 s lamar st.

Impersonal service and condescending attitude of concierge who was on tues night april 15 plus a 2 hour wait to check in eads me to think this is a churn and burn hotel. location is ok, close to dealer plaza and union station but that's about it. overall i wouldn't go back
