Stayed here a couple of times now. great place to crash if transiting or catching an early flight. very nice rooms and good room service. it has a great range of bars an restaurants and a fabulous atrium. regular shuttles to the airport makes it a perfect stopover stay. would highly recommend the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel between flights to and from korea. you get cheaper hotels but it is the closest hotel to suvarnabhumi airport and therefore timesaving and comfortable when tired after arriving in the middle of the night. a nice detail with this hotel is that you can keep the hotel for 24 hours after check-inn. so i you arrive at night you need only 1 night at hotel, not 2 nights at other hotels.

Great location for one quick night. beautiful room. had to leave at 5 am, and they breakfast was set up for early travelers.

i've stayed here several times. the staff are very good. the hotel itself looked better than it did the last time i stayed here, especially around the pool area. the gardens & ponds looked beautiful.

my one night stay was better than the night i stayed 2 months ago. mainly due to the fact the breakfast was much improved. had a problem with the air conditioning leaking in the original room. made a complaint, service guy had a look at it and determined no quick fix so the room was quickly changed.

Beim einchecken am airporthotel bangkok war alles klar. wir hatten ein 3-bett-zimmer reserviert und bereits bei hotelsclick bezahlt (per paypal) und einen voucher ausgedruckt. für die 17jährige tochter wurde daraufhin innerhalb von 10 min. ein zustellbett von guter qualität + zusätzliche wasserflasche (kostenlos) und zahnbürste inkl. handtücher gebracht. unser flug kam um 13:25 uhr aus kuala lumpur an und die eincheckzeit im hotel was etwas nach 14:15 uhr. weil es ein airporthotel ist checken rund um die uhr gäste ein. lage ist top wenn man am nächsten tag weiterfliegt. kürzeste wege zum flughafen per pedes und zum zug in die innenstadt. wir haben noch zu dritt (lebensgefährtin mit tochter und ich) einen zug nach bangkok genommen. 6 stationen, ca. 20 min fahrzeit, 45 thb pro person. super: im flughafen wollten wir durch den tunnel zum hotel laufen. jedoch hat das novotel airport hotel einen kleinen schalter im empfangsbereich des flughafens. dort habe ich nach dem weg gefragt. er sagte nicht laufen, wir werden mit dem shuttlebus kostenlos zum hotel gefahren. sind zwar nur 5min autofahrt (wegen den schleifen), aber mit dem vielen gepäckstücken natürlich super. sonst läuft man ca. 10 min. zum hotel.

Everything was top notch here; service, the rooms, food, location, fascilities. the only small minus i would say is that there were no free wifi connection.

I stay here a lot when i go to thailand the rooms are excellent - but very expensive for thailand! good deals are had sometimes in advance but you pay around £90 - £130 a night - sometimes without breakfast! so convenient for airport as you can get the hotel mini van from door 4 in arrivals level - or walk from the basement level that takes 7 - 9 minutes
