Bonjour, nous avons été déçu par la chambre réservé à londres, il s agissait d une chambre pour handicapé, le lavabos était trop bas, la douche adapté pour un fauteuil roulant mais pas pour des personnes debout, ( l eau se dinnodait le sol) ......

This was my 2nd stay here as i was attending a convention at olympia. well located and friendly staff.rooms are clean and comfortable. nice breakfast too.

I had a short stay here whilst attending an event. reception check in and out were very friendly and accommodating. the room was very comfortable. loved the shower ! breakfast was very good.

The room was great and the venue amazing - our daughter's wedding was here. the only negative was that the air-con didn't work in our room which is not good on a hot august night.

A great hotel, we were competitors at olympia horse show and stayed for one night. the rooms were nice, clean, sufficient, the beds very comfortable, a short taxi ride or ten minute wals to the show. a fantastic breakfast in the price.

Had previously stayed at a 4* hotel in kensington. this hotel has more to offer. ice machine in the hall...always good for champagne...good room service at 1.00am....excellent air con...superb bar and staff. even gave me complimentary crisps!!

A great location if you are going to a concert at the hammersmith apollo! our room was spacious with two double beds. it was very quiet, and comfortable. the only slightly negative things would be the bath was rather narrow and the room was quite a walk from the lift but they were only small things and didn't distract from our stay. breakfast was included in the special rate from hotelsclick and was excellent as was the service. highly recommended

Great hotel perfect location (we were at a concert at the appolo, perfect overnight stay, spoilt by breakfast! breakfast was like a cattle market loads of conference guest coming in at the same time, staff couldn't keep up and the quality of the breakfast left a lot to be desired including cold coffe and cold poached eggs! whilst i understand why they need conferences - why couldn't they accommodate the non conference guest in a different area?

I live outside london so needed accommodation after a gig at hammersmith odeon. the novotel was perfect. about a 5 minute walk from the gig, the hotel was clean and very smart, staff friendly and helpful and good breakfast. no complaints and would stay there again.

We checked in aug 8 pm, stayed 1 nite only as we had to join europe group tour following day. check-in staff were efficient & friendly,room had all we wanted and was spacious. breakfast had superb selection and was very tasty, breads and selection of dishes,fruits,drinks,were excellent. there were a lot of people because that day was the day we join the tour but in spite of that, staff handled it in a very orderly manner. the only drawback - we took the tube (hammersmith line) from heathrow to hotel. to our dismay, the station near novotel london west did not have a lift so we all had to carry luggage up stairs. not the hotel's fault though. tube was a 10 minute walk to hotel. ok if not carrying luggage. overall, it was excellent!

Good location with bars and tube station just outside the hotel. bad bits, car parking is £1 per hour so cost us £43 for the 2 days we where their. also we had to q to get into breakfast both mornings.

This hotel was great value for money. the rooms were larger than other london hotels and the triple glazing and blackout curtains meant that the room was also very quiet. there was a very good choice for breakfast the next morning and the food was good. overall a very good quality hotel, close to a main tube line which meant that we could get out and about very easily.

A lovely spacious, extremely clean hotel, ideally situated near the tube and walking distance from both the lyric theatre and riverside studios. i loved how the continental breakfast was served in your room - breakfast in bed usually comes at an extra cost. excellent bathroom facilities; i liked having a "removable" shower so i could wash my hair over the bath without having to get undressed and go under the shower. only one complaint - despite hanging out the "do not disturb" sign, housekeeping staff either knocked or let themselves into my room no fewer than four times between 7.00am and 9.00am.

Very supprised when we arrived at the hotel, no problems at all but if light sleeper do take ear plugs which is a must for all hotels.

Very close to station. very good service. spotlessly clean. lovely, helpful staff. most comfortable mattress and pillow i have ever slept on and single bed almost as big as a double. lots of spare towels and duvets in room. quiet.

Overall the hotel was excellent and very conveniently placed for access to both buses and trains from hammersmith broadway. my only adverse observation is i find the car park fee of £1 per hour for residents to be excessive. i can understand the £3 per hour for non residents, as most of these would be claiming them on expenses. but i think to charge an hourly rate to a resident who may come up for the weekend for a show etc is too much

i spent an hour trying to check in because a jobsworth called chong wouldnt let me check in because the booking was for full english breakfast, and i mentioned i thought it was continental. he wouldnt budge and until i went away and spoke to someone else, he wouldnt allow me to check in, even though the booking was pre-booked. on my return another reception staff handed the key immediately. i did reserve a double room, but was given a twin because "all the doubles are gone because you checked in so late" (after my train to london was cancelled and i arrived at 9pm)
