Great location for airport, and nec. even though we overlooked the runway we could not hear the plane noise. rooms were clean and what you would expect. breakfast was delicious and great value as it was included in the cost of the room.

The novotel was very convenient for my trip to east birmingham. my room was clean and quiet. i couldn't hear any planes at all. the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with information. it was very handy to go across to the airport to grab a coffee and pastry in the morning for breakfast or drop into the spar for a late night snack. i would stay there again if the price was still reasonable.

I needed a clean, comfortable, efficient hotel for an overnight stay at the airport ready for an early flight. i found exactly that. the room was comfortable, clean, reasonably quiet (to the extent that any airport hotel can be). the staff were friendly and efficient and the location perfect for the airport, being literally a walk across the road to the departures entrance.
