Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale(15 min a piedi dalla cattedrale).il tram 71 ferma a 30 metri di distanza!colazione super con prodotti ottimi e di qualità!camera luminosa spaziosa e pulita! un ottimo hotel!!

Lovely large rooms.upgrade to best rooms and mini bar for 15euro great offer but forgot about it until last night .very close to tram for city centre.staff very friendly. breakfast fantastic choice and great food.recommended by family member who stayed there last year.

The hotel is smart clean and relatively easy to find in vienna. it backs onto the belvedere palace and is only a few minutes from the nearest tram stop. it doesn't take long to get into vienna centre so is in a great location. try to speak german and you get a good response, anything else is slower. yet when struggling staff respond in english seemingly quite well??? the hotel is clean and functional, though the evening meal is probably best avoided. the restaurant salm brau, two minutes walk down the road is highly recommended, local food and always busy. on the whole a great base to explore vienna from.
