I stayed here for five nights while attending a conference at the university of lisbon -- chose the hotel because it was walking distance to the university. everything could not have gone more smoothly. the staff were very helpful and friendly. my room was comfortable and quiet. the hotel is in a great location, directly across the street from a bus stop where you can take a bus to central lisbon or the aerobus to/from the airport, and about a five minute walk from the metro. be warned: there's not much nearby, so you're looking at the bus or metro to get to the touristy stuff. i didn't pay for breakfast, having read other reviews that said it wasn't worth the steep 11 euro cost.
