Small rooms, but ok. the first night was terrible, much noise coming from the ceiling and the noise from the tube running underneath. didn't sleep at all that nigh. the staff was very helpful in changing rooms the next day.

Chambre pas prete a 13h mais bien plus tard telephone qui sonne a 4h30 du matin et un receptioniste qui s'est permis de rentrer dans la chambre a cette meme heure prix eleve par rapport au service et a la qualite. petit dejeuner tres mediocre personnel parlant uniquemnt l anglais et ne faisant pas trop d'effort pour vous comprendre

The nayland hotel was just what we needed. although the room was small for two people, it was what we expected for the price. the hotel was situated close to paddington station and that was our first requirement. we would use it again and would recommend it to others.

Bright, inexpensive, spotlessly clean en-suite rooms; although no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, room service is not expensive (cheaper than starbucks take out!). no fruit available at breakfast and the breakfast menu lists "muslin" as one of the cereals! location excellent for paddington station, hyde park, kensington palace,royal albert hall, oxford street. friendly and efficient staff, including a joker in the luggage room at the adjacent sister hotel the beverley. ideal for our short visit to london by train, to see a show at the albert hall. would recommend to anyone want "basic, clean and comfortable" at a reasonable price. will certainly be back!

L'albergo è carino, le camere molto molto piccole il bagno non ne parliamo...non c'è il bidet...e vabbè... la stazione metro è vicina si raggiunge a piede in una decina di minuti c'è alla stessa distanza una stazione ferroviaria e anche per muoversi con l'autobus è ottima

A great three star hotel situated in an excellent location. a quick 3 block walk to paddington station and heathrow express. a five block walk to hyde park. i would definitely stay at the nyland again when in london.

Serait souhaitable que des instructions relatives au parking soit données de façon plus précise et systématique : les places qui paraissent libres autour de l'hôtel sont en réalité réservées aux résidents, mais il n'y a aucune instruction visible... il faut payer 200£ pour reprendre sa voiture en fourrière!!

Hotel agréable compte tenu du prix, par chance nous avons eu une chambre sur l'arrière non bruyante, grande, équipements modernes et en bon état. mais le petit déjeuner est très décevant, beaucoup trop ordinaire et de pauvre qualité. sinon l'accueil est charmant.
