We were very disappointed in this hotel. the heating was poor so our room was constantly cold. the toilet was not flushed when we arrived. we were on the 4th floor and the noise from the nearby night club kept us awake. breakfast was adequate. the hotel receptionist had ordered a taxi for us but this turned up 20 mins late - we were attending an important event so were quite annoyed. the hotel is city centre which was the only plus side. we would not stay at this hotel again.
