Room was unclean. bedside tabletop needed to be sprayed and wiped. do you want to see glass ring stains, spilled stuff, etc. when you look at an angle. who wants to put their stuff on that? no microwave. no refrigerator. no washcloths for two days until we asked about it. bed extremely soft. in fairness, room was decent size. i paid for guaranteed early (10am) check in. separate express line good idea. one problem. the system didn't have it recorded. big hassle to get checked in. then they offer a double bed room rather than the king we paid for. they said the guaranty is for a room but not necessarily the same room type. wtf? so many other places to stay in vegas. avoid mandalay given the prices they want. hotelsclick did offer the best rates by far so we are happy with their service.
