El hotel disfruta de una excelente ubicación. Por carretera: desde la M53, tome la J12 y siga las señales hasta el centro de la ciudad. La calle St John esta a cierta distancia de la calle Eastgate y en el centro del área peatonal y de compras. Tren: estación de Chester a 10 minutos. Avión:... Paid, but no rooms!!!!!!!!!!
Having paid for 3 twin rooms for 6 lads, for a friends 40th we turned up at 11.30am to be told there was no booking. the hotel said they had no association with hotelsclick.com, had received no confirmation or payment after a tense hour the staff at the new blossom discovered hotelsclick had booked the rooms through a third party. the hotel could not accomodate us. the very helpful staff sorted us 3 double rooms a mile up the road at a hotel opposite the train station. 3 of the group slept on the floor in each room rather than share a double bed with a mate!!! this was a friends 40th and the whole weekend had been planned around the location of the new blossom being central in the town and very near the racecourse. all our plans went out the window, the complete weekend was a farce!!!!!!!
