Ein hotel, kommt in die jahre

Das hotel ist schon etwas in die jahre gekommen. der schrank zeigte schon deutliche abnutzungsspuren.den hotelaufzügen merkte man den verschleiß auch an. die schwankungen in den fahrkörben sind der tribut des alters. grundsätzlich aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. sehr nette mitarbeiter in allen servicebereichen. nebengebühren für die zimmer jedoch einfach zu teuer. pro nacht 25 euro aufschlag die zuzüglich zum zimmerpreis zu zahlen sind. hier könnte die zusatzkosten gleich im preis ausgewiesen werden. preise für speisen in den restaurants einfach zu hoch. mit 20 euro pro person zum frühstück einfach etwas überzogen.

Luxor review

the hotel is dated and furnishings were very worn. housekeeping was not always complete. i would not stay again.

Christmas and new years in vegas

Had a great time, flew out on christmas day and was welcomed in to the hotel after a short wait in line. given a nice room in the west tower and advised about the m club membership.

Nice place

We had a pyramid room with 2 queen beds near the elevator. we asked for that to avoid doing too much walking. very nice. the bellmen were all very nice and our luggage was brought up quickly and taken quickly when we left. the complaint a lot of folks had was no coffeemaker in room. we were at a convention & the starbucks got so jammed in the morning. we knew this, and took our own coffeemaker. that worked out great. a great variety of restaurants in the hotel. pricey, but tenders steak house was wonderful. the backstage deli & cafe (open 24 hrs.) was a great place for reasonably priced food. lots of folks didn't even know it was there. could have saved the long wait for coffee in the am.

Excellent choix

Nous avons choisi le luxor au hasard en sachant qu'on voulait juste un hotel casino sur le strip, répondant aussi à notre budget. le luxor s'est avéré être un excellent choix : chambre immense et bien décorée à l'égyptienne, vue imprenable sur le mandalay bay, propreté parfaite. la position était aussi bien (au sud du strip, avant dernier avant le mandalay bay) . enfin, le prix était très bas (200 € pour 3 jours pour un 4 étoiles ! mais en semaine)
