Lovely hotel, bright, clean rooms. service was very good. lift service left a bit to be desired, forever waiting for slow lifts. bar service very good. breakfast service poor, waiting around to be shown to a table. this hotel seems to be more geared for groups , they need to give the individual / family guest better attention in the dining hall.
