Il soggiorno è stato perfetto per la cordialità di tutto il personale, la colazione potrebbe migliorare, e un poco di più di attenzione sulla pulizia. nel complessivo mi sono trovato bene e ci ritornerei al prezzo che mi era stato offerto

A great location

My sister and i stayed for one night here and were very happy with the accomodation. it is conveniently situated close to fulham broadway tube station and the bus stop is also close. the fresh fruit in the room was a nice touch.

Tired rooms

Location was good for us this is why we picked this hotel. we have also used this hotel on 3 other occasions. this time we noticed it had got very worn out and needs to be refurbished. fixtures in the rooms were very old. our sink was all cracked. tiles in the bathroom were broken. the glasses in the batheroom were absolutley filthy. tea & coffee had not been replenished since the last guest. breakfast you have to wait as they have not enough room for everyone to sit down. they put us on 2 bar stools and we had to make do. breakfast food was good though and good choice of food. dont think will use this hotel anymore 4 times is enough 3 good this last visit not good.

Alternative accommodation

We needed somewhere in london which was near our daughter so that we could visit our new grandaughter. we wanted to stay for over a week and did not really like the rates quoted by many of the big chain london hotels then i came across la reserve and could not believe our luck. the hotel was clean and the "continental breakfast" was really a breakfast with the option of paying for anything cooked. we were always satisfied with what was on offer and resisted fry ups every day. as we live in a very quiet part of the world with no traffic during the night we were concerned that we would have difficulty sleeping but the double glazing was very effective and as we were staying 8 nights we were allowed to move rooms to the back of the hotel from the front. the rooms are large, the beds are enormous and the facilities very good. this hotel is not luxurious but it is excellent value for money and the staff are very helpful. we shall probably use it again for another stay next time we visit the family.

Hotel très agréable et propore tout proche du stade de foot de chealsea; petit déjeuner très satisfaisant. attention refusez les chambres côté rue trop bruyantes et évitez les nuits où le club de foot de chealsea joue à domicile!! la nuit d'après match.......les "supporters" anglais sont à la hauteur de leur réputation: très très très bruyants dans l'hotel à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit!! le personnel ne parle absolument pas le français.

Great location, but be careful to specify what you want

I have stayed here several times and it's a great value location in london, convenient to both gatwick and heathrow access, just a few minutes walk from fulham broadway tube station and a short bus ride (295 bus) from clapham junction station. one aspect of the hotel is that the rooms are different shapes and sizes, and some have shower in bath, some have a quite large but potentially tricky shower for a person with a disability (high step to get in) and others have a quite small tight shower unit. so if you want a bath tub, make sure to specify it. the other issue is that it's on the bisy fulham road so rooms at the front can be noisy - it's a bus route. in summer when it's warm, not all rooms have functioning air conditioning so you may want to open a window. an open window in a front room will guarantee you are awake at 6 a.m. due to traffic noise. staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. bath towels are a bit small but just about adequate.

Bargain hotel in bourgeois area!!

Am really glad i booked with hotelsclick.com as we got a really good deal on two nights double room. the hotel is perfectly located for a trip to stamford bridge, a couple of minutes walk from fulham broadway tube station. the room itself was small and decor a little tired, but nice big comfortable bed and clean bathroom. the staff were kind enough to let us leave our bags with them as our flight home was not until later in the day. overall, we were happy with our stay, this was our second time at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, with the online deal we got too!!!

Our golden wedding treat

We were forced by the demand to seek this hotel as you could not arrange our original requested hotel in victoria. it meant more traveling for us but we found the bus services ok to and from fulham broadway. the hotel has seen better days as shown by the wear and tear on the bedroom furniture and bathroom fittings.we were shorted on the hospitality tray as the milk was not topped up for the second night. the restaurant had a small choice for the evening meal and no fresh vegetables. continental breakfast was fine though.

La reserve

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was ideal. it is only a one - two minute walk from fulham broadway station. the rooms were a little tatty. they were clean but just had old carpets, furniture and bathrooms that were way overdue for replacing.
