I prebooked this hotel for 4 nights, pre and post a leisure cruise. we were so unimpressed with the first 2 nights we did not want to return post-cruise, but unfortunately we had pre-paid so would not have received a refund, and therefore had little choice. apart from one staff member, all the reception staff were unfriendly to the point of being arrogantly rude. breakfast sub standard, and bathrooms so small and dated you could barely close the shower door - that is when you actually got into the shower once you climbed over the bidet which blocked the shower entrance. completely unacceptable accommodation for the price.
