Fro the minute you arrive you are made so welcome.the staff are extremely efficient and helpful--nothing was any trouble--we needed for example a bottle opener and an eu plug,both provided immediately(and returned on our departure). in the breakfast room the two girls we met were wonderful,offering and making us coffee from a special machine which was lovely,again nothing was too much trouble.
