L'hotel si trova in ottima posizione, la gestione è famigliare e sono sempre disponibili per qualsiasi bisogno. la stanza è ottima, perfettamente pulita e in ordine come il resto dell'hotel. ottima colazione con brioches di pasticceria. il prezzo pagato in relazione al servizio e alla comodità è anche troppo poco.

The hotel is managed with a family, an old man and women with their young girl, almost no other workers, they do everything even serving breakfast but they hardly speak english, only the young lady does a bit. they have no baby beds, be careful with small baby. they claim they have parking facility in hotel but this is wrong. parking costs 20 euro per day and far from the hotel in a private garage. you drop your car in a point called garage but they bring the car somewhere else which you dont know, they bring back it to the hotel after you call them (from hotel reception) in about 15-30 min. if you plan to go there by a car, it is better to book a hotel having its own garage included. breakfast was poor, coffee was not good. only the location was convenient. it has an elevator.

Posizione centrale, camere spaziose e nuove colazione discreta ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ideale per soggiorni a firenze centro, unico problema si trova (come tutti gli hotel al centro) in zona ztl consiglio come ho fatto io parcheggiare l'auto al garage in via sant'egidio che si prende 25€ al giorno e non è fiscale sull'ora del ritiro e molto gentile e disponibile con accordi presi col proprietario ho ritirato l'auto alle 15 del giorno dopo allo stesso prezzo 25€ più 1€ per lo smarco della targa (così non arriva la multa). il parrcheggio in via fiesolana si prende 30€ più ogni ora supplementare a 5€. i parcheggi sulle strisce blu (a trovarli) costano 1€ la 1° ora, 2€ la 2° e 3€ le successive perciò fate voi i calcoli per finire consiglio vivamente l'hotel, patrizio di napoli

Beautiful, large rooms with high painted ceilings, a friendly staff, and steps away from the main attractions of florence. i would stay here again in a minute, and you cannot beat the price!!
