Would have given 5 stars as room perfect, great breakfast (everything you could want) good location (station opposite), taxis no problem. the only aspect which was on check out was a really lazy unhelpful receptionist, i had several bags which i wanted to leave so as to take breakfast she threw me a key and to open the door and with the bags was virtually impossible (a litle assistance - please). she didn't care but finally came to hold the door open.. on return to get the bags out was similar, she knew i was having a problem but absolutely no effort to help just sat there whilst a customer struggled, maybe a bit of training would be in place. a good hotel with inexperienced staff. those receptionists on entry were excellent but sadly the exit spoiled everything. saying that i would stay again.
