Excellent location for the hotel. well set up for budget needs. rooms were basic and did what they needed to do. very cold rooms. no double glaze and you could feel the cold coming through the windows.

Hotel was standard - clean, everything worked. i felt really sick one night so didn't have tea, went downstairs about 2 am and the night porter got me toast and peppermint tea (didn't charger) then let me take them back to my room when a group of drunk men entered the lobby.

Hotel is in a great location in the city centre close to shopping restaurants and pubs. check in was quick and we got our room early which was great. good value clean hotel! we will return!

Stayed here and the location is really good close to everything. staff was very friendly and helpful. hotel also offers discount for car parking at a very cheap rate. would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here on my next visit

Hello i was due to stay in the ibis hotel belfast but due to a family emergency we were unable to stay i contacted hotels clicks and asked if possible to change my dates and i was told that i could not i was quite annoyed as we were traveling with friends who had booked with travel republic for the sames dates and hotel they spoke to a member travel republic staff and were quite understanding to the problem and let them change dates. as i used hotel clicks quite often to book hotels and weekend breaks i really taught that they might be able to help in this matter as it was a emergency. in the furture i will be using travel republic to book hotels as there customer service is very good thank you helen greehalgh
