Our stay here was very enjoyable. the hotel location could not be better. the staff were friendly and very helpfull recommend local restaurants and places of interest.the breakfast was one of the best we have had.

Stayed in this fab hotel in the best location in nice - on the seafront and right beside the great restaurants and market of old nice. everything within walking distance. great indoor/outdoor pool. will definitely return again. room lovely and in quiet spot away from the seafront. thanks to all the great friendly staff.

Prenotato il giorno precedente con hotelsclik.com, con un' offerta davvero imperdibile, si e' rivelato davvero un hotel che merita le sue 5 stelle! dalla cura degli spazi comuni, alle camere curatissime e dotate di ogni confort, tutto e' livelli altissimi. posizione centralissima direttamente sulla promenade, personale multilingue estremamente cortese. dispone anche di una piscina coperta molto tranquilla e rilassante e di una terrazza panoramica eccezionale. abbiamo usufruito anche della colazione, compresa nel pacchetto, davvero sublime: i succhi di frutta erano spremute preparate al momento e la qualità dei cibi davvero notevole (un salmone davvero delicato). la camera molto spaziosa e dotata di molti prodotti per la cura personale di qualità. decisamente al di sopra delle aspettative!

The hotel could not be better located. it is near the main attractions. everyone in the front desk and concierge were very friendly. the room was silent and had a good size. the bed was very comfortable. i would suggest a improvement in the breakfast.

We stay at the palais for christmas most years and would really recommend it in terms of service, food, ambiance and location in nice. this year we had dinner on christmas eve in the restaurant and would recommend it as excellent.

A very friendly reception. quick check in and out. room was large and clean. turn down service at night. breakfast brilliant, everything you could need and if they didn't have it i'm sure they would get it for you.

What a great hotel! location was wonderfull, right on the prominade. service and friendliness of staff was outstanding. the concierge vincent and elenor were superb. the rooms were sound proof! we had a room with a little hall way going in to the main bedroom (standard room!) where our little 15 mth old slept, which was perfect. and the price at hotelsclick was by far the cheapest (breakfast alone here is 26 euro per head) would definitely recommend this hotel. restuarants nearby which are excellent were 11 e arc, and luc salsedo.

Hotel très agréable avec sa piscine couverte/plein air que l'on peut donc utiliser par tous les temps. le petit déjeuner est excellent (jus de fruits frais, saumon fumé de grande qualité etc...). les chambres sont confortable. la literie excellente. l'emplacement est idéal, face à la mer et au centre ville.

We were upgraded to a suite right at the front of the hotel due to a little niggle i had last time i stayed there (unable to use the bar and pool area one evening due to a corporate function). we also had a complimantary bottle of champagne waiting in our room when we returned the first evening!! everything about this hotel is amazing and i got a brilliant price on hotelsclick.

A perfect hotel to relax and enjoy all that nice has to offer. the staff could not do enough to make yor stay enjoyable.the roof terrace with pool and dinning area for breakfast was just the most perfect start to the day.

Comme d'habitude, nous n'avons pas été déçus ; cet hôtel est réellemnt formidable et le meilleur de nice, sans aucun doute. nous y avons emmenés notre bébénou, et avec son berceau, une ptite surprise l'attendait, un joli doudou...le p'tit truc en plus, quoi ! nous reviendrons encore et encore ....

Sono stata più volte e lo trovo pratico per la posizione, ma più che altro per la pulizia, per le camere accoglienti, spaziose, per il rapporto qualità/prezzo, e per il giusto "lusso". l'unica cosa che mi dispiace e che non c'è quasi mai qualcuno che parli italiano alla reception. l'ultima volta c'era la tv che faceva un fastidioso sfregolio e nonostante abbia chiesto di intervenire, il rumore è rimasto per tutti i giorni di permanenza. in un hotel cinque stelle non dovrebbe verificarsi

This place was great-beat expectations ten fold! the concierge was great and the staff was more than accomodating. very hip and modern hotel in an unmatchable location. i would highly recommend not only the hotel, but also nice to any honey mooners. you will not only find it a perfect hub to bounce to monaco, cannes, and st.tropez, but a great city as well. also, if you plan on going to paris- take the train for a great experience. the train is about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel or a 20 euro cab ride but it's quick!

Hôtel très beau, propre, avec toutes les commodités (piscine, grande chambre, superbe vue, magnifique terrasse pour le petit-déjeuner), très bien située, chambre côté ville très calme, buffet petit-déjeuner parfait. personnel très sympathique, très serviable, souriant. mériterait 5 étoiles, et pourtant nous sommes suisses, donc exigeants ! :-)

This hotel was truly spectacular and we would not have been able to afford it if it hadn't been for the brilliant deal from hotelsclick.com. a little bit of very affordable luxury. the large mezannine pool & bar area is the jewel in the hotel's crown - and the breakfast is first class.

Excellent hotel. the staff were great. you really felt special. upgraded us to a seaview and delivered a gorgeous chocolate cake to our room (ut was my birthday). the piano bar with cocktail a great way to start the evening. we went out of season so got it at a great price

Excellent, perfect location. hotel is fantastic. i wouldn't get a taxi to the airport through the hotel again as it was 10 euros dearer than using the taxi rank! would stay again without question.

This hotel lived up to its 4 star rating. the room was luxurious and housekeeping attention was superb every day. the restaurant staff were effecient and pleasant and inobtrusive. the breakfast was wonderful and the staff did not rush to finish breakfast on the dot of 10am, like a lot of hotels.

Gorgeous room, spacious, beautifully decorated, enormous king size bed, large balcony and great bathroom. hotel situated on the seafront and within walking distance of old town and shops, casino's etc. lovely place for a short break/romantic stay. staff very helpful and happy, always good to be greeted with a smile! highly recommend this hotel.

Les photos de la chambre sur votre site étaient à la hauteur de ce que nous avons trouvé à l'arrivée, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas en réservant sur internet. l'hôtel est très bien situé et les petits-déjeuners sont excellents. encore merci à chiara pour avoir solutionné notre souci de réservation.
