We just finished at 10 night stay. we loved the room, ours had bunk beds and lots of space for a family of , the bathroom was a little tight and had an odd smell. the biggest issue we had with this hotel was the pool hours and the shuttle. on 3 three occasions it didn't pick us up. we mainly used uber because the shuttle was almost always late or just didn't arrive. the hotel wasn't helpful in this regard, they told me it was a 3rd party provider and i should call them. i didn't bring a cell phone, not helpful. also the elevator is so incredibly slow and the stairs are not easily accessible. it took me until day 8 to even find a set that didn't land me the employee only area. if you are relying on the shuttle to take you to the parks, stay somewhere else.
