Despite the location is great, the hygiene is a big issue in this hotel. i woke up around 4:00 am and found two cockroaches in the bathroom. showed the photos i did to the manager. they apologized and said that this will never happen but it is hard to believe. not coming back to this hotel anymore.

The front of house/reception staff were nothing but friendly and accomodating especially bailey and avilon. they made the hotel experience a positive one. unfortunately there was a cultural misunderstanding when we asked for a twin room as i travelled with my daughter but usa don't recognise that . this could have put a dampner on the stay as the room we were originally allocated was a standard double but the front of house staff acknowledged the confusion and put us in a double double which made the world of difference. unfortunately the terrace was not available - one of the reasons for booking this hotel- although we did go to another hotel to enjoy this experience.

Extravagantes hotel mit traumhafter terasse und zentraler lage, aber standardzimmern in denen man sich kaum umdrehen kann und badezimmern die kaum größer als ein katzenklo sind. klimaanlage und fernseher funktionierten nicht und aus dem abfluß der dusche kamen fliegen. igitt bin sehr entäuscht, da das hotel recht vielversprechend wirkte und es mir den hohen preis wert schien. das personal ist allerdings sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!!!

L'albergo si presenta dall'esterno come un anonimo palazzo sulla 58th st e si accede alla hall della reception tramite una scala mobile. la hall di accettazione è scura ma elegante e ben arredata. tramite degli ascensori (lenti ad arrivare e molto spessi pieni di gente) si accede ai piani delle stanze. la stanza che mi è stata data è ben arredata ma molto stretta soprattutto per quanto riguarda il bagno. lo spazio all'interno del bagno è veramente ai minimi termini. discutibile la scelta di rendere visibile tramite una vetrata la doccia anche dalla camera da letto. buona invece la scelta di dotare le stanze anche di uno stereo e della piattaforma per i-pod. il servizio in camera molto spesso dimenticava di cambiare gli asciugamani.
