The room was fine even though we were placed in a disabled room. the girl behind the bar had had no training and we had to tell her how to pull a pint of beer. the queue got rather large and not one other member of staff came to help her out. breakfast was a joke. the hot food was empty and we had to tell staff to bring some more out of the kitchen. there were no cups, glasses, fruit juice, the coffee and tea were not marked which was which. we had to ask staff continually for things. basically it was like faulty towers.
