A change of travel plans made me go to santiago for some meetings and arriving in the middle of the night, this hotel is the most convenient of the four hotels around the airport. you cross the terminal and you're in the lobby, nothing simpler than that after an interncontinental flight!!

This hotel is fantastically located directly opposite the arrivals and departures lounge so no need to take a taxi. the check in was efficient and the staff spoke english. the hotels services (pool, sauna, gym, restaurant) were explained clearly. the rooms were clean, spacious and had a easy to program strong box plus there was no noise at all from the planes outside. the wifi connection was strong and the room service we used was prompt and the food very filling. breakfast too was very good with a large choice of meals available. small things that make the stay even better are iron & ironing board in the room, ease of late checkout and the hotel cafe/bar/internet area has flight information on screens so you can keep an eye on your flights.
