Great hotel. our first time in san fransisco and we were greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff. nothing was a bother and one of the receptionists (sorry didn't get his name) spent 15 mins of his precious time drawing us a location map of where to find things/places. would recommend it to anyone as a clean, friendly, inexpensive hotel which is 20 yards from a tram to the fisherman's wharf or other locations (north beach, union square etc). rob and denise, sunderland, uk
