This hotel has the quality we expected holiday inns to have. double room was big and clean, mattress good, air conditioning. breakfast excellent. complimentary wifi included. few minutes to nearest central line tube station, and two stops to whitfield mall (shepherds bush station), ca. 15 minutes to city centre.

This is the first time we have stayed here since it changed from a ramada encore. it has been enlarged and partly refurbished. we particularly liked the refurbishment of the bar and lounge area; much more comfortable and warm. free wi-fi was good too. great location, near to north acton tube station. the staff were excellent; an improvement on previous stays.

Nice clean hotel, good value, slightly out of town centre but close to north acton tube. not a lot happening nearby but easy to get to places. breakfast very good, rooms good nice, modern and clean. would stay again

Spent ages researching for a place to stay in london below £100 on surprise birthday treat for oh, but failed to find anywhere central that did not have a number of off-putting negative reviews. on casting my net further afield, came across this place which has a 95% excellent to average rating. the staff & service could not have been bettered & got a room and full english breakfast for £76 thro hotelsclick - considerably less than found via other portals!. on arriving at reception was delighted to find that a room had not been pre-allocated & was offered a range of choices - including a smoking room. now, being members of the suicidal dinosaur class which insists on choosing the possibility of death by nicotine, we were delighted to avail ourselves of this offer. it is oh so very easy for hotels to declare themselves, ( & in many cases including their grounds) as complete non-smoking areas,but congrats are due to ramada, who have acknowledged the needs of the filthy minority by offering smoking rooms ( & btw, also an outside smoking terrace, accessible from the longe/bar area). this has ensured that, whenever looking for a hotel in the future, ramada group will be my first port of call. otherwise, the room, facilities & breakfast were all excellent, the only negative being the distance from central london. the result is that this hotel has raised its bar a bit to attract clients who might otherwise go elsewhere - & this can only be to the benefit of the visitor. this area of london has been denigrated elsewhere on this site, but i can honestly say that at no time outside the hotel did i, or my oh feel in any way alarmed or threatened.

Ho soggiornato all'hotel per più di una settimana con moglie e figlia. confermo nella sostanza i giudizi positivi espressi nelle precedenti recensioni (rapporto qualità prezzo, pulizia, colazione, silenziosità, professionalità del personale, ecc.), ma vorrei mettere in luce anche i limiti che ho riscontrato: - l'armadio: è incredibile per un hotel di questo livello, ma nella stanza manca del tutto l'armadio; se dovete restare per vari giorni con la famiglia questo renderà difficile l'abitabilità della stanza, che peraltro risulta piuttosto piccola per tre persone; - i servizi della camera: non c'è il frigo e manca la connessione internet free - la posizione: l'hotel si trova all'estremo limite della zona 2 della tube (west london); la linea è molto buona (central line, rossa), ma ci vogliono comunque 20-25 minuti di metro per arrivare a tottenham court road e quasi il doppio per tower hill. - la cena: il quartiere in cui l'hotel è situato è del tutto privo di interesse e con scarse strutture turistiche (a parte il ristorante-pizzeria "libanese" di fronte al tesco, economico ma non del tutto consigliabile), per cui la sera o sarete costretti a riprendere la tube per andare in centro, o dovrete cenare in hotel (cucina orientale) o dovrete cercare un altro ristorante nei dintorni (ho visto, ma non provato personalmente, che di fronte allo holiday inn ci sono un pub e un venditore di kebab; altro potete trovare a qualche centinaio di metri uscendo dal ramada a dx e poi andando a sx al semaforo). ricordatevi però che tornare in hotel dal centro senza tube, ovvero dopo la mezzanotte, è un'impresa. in conclusione: un buon hotel, ma non per tutti. non lo consiglierei alle famiglie, a chi voglia tornare in hotel per riposarsi prima di uscire per la cena, a chi debba restare per un tempo medio-lungo. va bene invece per le persone che escono dall'hotel la mattina e ci ritornano solo dopo cena.

Mein tochter und ich hatten zwei tage im twin-bed-room gebucht für 176,50 eur, also knapp 90 eur das zimmer pro nacht. das zimmer war sauber, mit schickem holzfußboden und schönen bildern an der wand. die betten waren gut, auch die kopfkissen. auf wunsch gab es ein zweites kopfkissen, bügelbrett und bügeleisen. das bad war klein auch auch gut (nettes detail: dusche ohne duschwanne). das restaurant ist super lecker, frisch zubereitete asiatische speisen. das frühstück ließ nichts zu wünschen übrige: verschiedene müslisorten, käse, wurst, marmelade, eier in jeder form, frische pfannkuchen, bohnen, speck, rösti etc. die nächste u-bahn (north acton) ist sehr nah (5 minuten zu fuß) und in die innenstadt dauert es etwa 15 minuten.

It is a little bit far from city center but by underground it isn't a big problem! the rooms are large and clean, very good breakfast. close the exit of north acton there is a nice pub serving good bier.

I and my mom enjoyed staying here. the room was enough large, and clean. sometime, we heard some noise from the next door, but it was not big problem. although we asked the staff to clean our room, they didn't. (i don't know whether did or didn't, but there were still trashes and hairs on the floor. and one of the towels was missing.) the breakfast was good, but same menu everyday.

Wir haben 3 nächte dort verbracht, um london kennen zu lernen. das hotel war sehr sauber, super freundliches personal und die anbindung mit der central line 20 min in die stadt ist annehmbar. wir haben relativ früh gebucht und einen sehr guten preis bekommen. vor ort war das hotel wesentlich teurer

Bien placé à 5 minutes de la station north acton. chambre propre et bien dimensionnée. lit passable (un peu mou et bruyant). oreiller ok. personnel serviable. buffet petit-déjeuner copieux. notre chambre sentait vraiment mauvais la première nuit et nous avons changé de chambre sans problème. il est vrai que l'on entend les voisins. demander une chambre numéro pair pour ne pas être sur la rue. conclusion: très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Very nice clean modern hotel,generic layout like others situated about the country. friendly staff. nice bar, restaurant and dining room. good buffet style breakfast in clean modern surroundings.4-5 mins walk from north acton tube central line making it ideal for 15-20 minute ride to the heart of london.wooden floors in room not to everyones taste but room clean and well equiped with usual facilities.would stay again.

This hotel ticks a lot of boxes for people staying for a few nights in london; rooms are clean and comfortable and there's a good range of meal options available. it has good onsite parking at moderate overnight rates and is only a few minutes' walk away from the north acton station with central line links straight to the centre of town.although situated beside the busy a40, the soundproofing is extremely effective and rooms are air conditioned.

I spend three nights here - sunday to monday as i had a business course nearby. the staff were very friendly from the first instance and couldn't do enough for me. breakfast was included with my package (£9.95 if not include) and as continental and english and very substantial. my only gripe is that the bedrooms are tailored more for business men than women. women like to sit down and dry their hair and put on their makeup. the hairdryer was positioned where you needed to standup to dry your hair and the lighting to some getting used to. other than this, a thoroughly enjoyable staff. location-wise this is good for business - easy access to the tube station (north acton), but too far out if you are visiting central london.

We have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times over the last 2 years. it has always been excellent, clean,quiet and friendly staff. it is easy to get into london on the tube and also very near to the new shopping centre at shepherds bush.

Das hotel liegt ca. 15minuten vom londoner stadtzentrum entfernt. die buchung über hotelsclick.com lief ohne probleme. zimmer sind recht sauber haben aber folgende mängel: mängel 1.) das bett knarrt sehr stark mängel 2.) der parkettboden knarrt auch relativ stark mängel 3.) die verbindungstüre zum nachbarzimmer ist eine frechheit, man hört alles was der nachbar sagt (sehr hellhörig) mängel 4.) im wc der wc sitz schimmelt/rostet auf der unterseite (siehe foto) mängel 5.) das wc/dusche hat keinen duschvorhang. ergo: nach dem duschen gibts im wc eine überschwemmung zimmer ansonsten sind sehr groß. vorsicht: internetsurfen via zimmertv kostet 4gbp für 1 stunde und man kann es fast nicht lesen. eher das internet in der lobby bevorzugen. die lobby und das restaurant sind modern eingerichtet. restaurant im hotel ist sehr gut. preis leistung des restaurants sehr gut.
