Vicino alla city e ad altri luoghi di interesse turistico-culturale. ben collegato con il resto della città e con gli aeroporti di heathrow e city airport. molto tranquillo nel weekend professionalità e cortesia alla reception.

A fabulous weekend booked by my sonoriginally and extended through hotels click. the room was spotless the location 5 mins walk from the river, the tate etc. the staff were superb polite helpful our only disappointment was we couldn't have much breakfast either day as we were at the ritz the one day and a jazz onb the thames sunday lunch the other but the breakfast was lovely

Check-in and out was easy,and service was polite. i had a single room which was opposite the lift,i was worried that it would be noisy but it wasn't and i had a decent night's sleep. the room was smallish but clean and had everything i needed.the air con worked and the continental breakfast included in my 80 pounds price was fine. the location is excellent for the south bank(where i had a business meeting). the hotel is literally a stone's throw from the tate modern, the globe theatre and the attractions of london not far over the bridge so would be a good choice for a stay for sightseeing. there is also a lovely shop called joy nearby which had all the latest fashions for shopaholics!

Arrived at the hotel with the voucher confirming our stay. reception staff could not locate our booking on the computer screen, and we were left for several minutes not knowing what was happening. we were told to take a seat, and after a period of time we had to enquire as to what was happening. eventually we were checked in with no apology or explanation as to the delay. we were in room 302 which was very noisy due to traffic, but this may depend on the location of the room.
