Friendly staff, comfortable surroundings, nice room & i am normally a bad sleeper but i didn't want to leave this bed! breakfast buffet was wonderful, hot, tasty & as much as you wanted i had a small cooked breakfast as i had a 'little' hangover but my partner shamed me with a mountain & we both really enjoyed it. just far enough out of the centre to get a great nights sleep!

Great staff, nothing is too much trouble. centrally located and some great bars and eateries at hand.beds were not that comfortable as as we had an adjoining room with another guest we could not sleep as he was snoring so loudly! i was glad we were only staying 1 night. the breakfast was very good. we left our luggage in the left luggage area which was an unsecured room,on return there was no one at reception and we were able to just go in and lift our bags unchallenged. i think this should be reviewed.

Stayed 3 nights to attend a business training event. i selected the holiday inn express as had stayed before and had been very pleased with the hotel location, amenities and services provided.
