This was our first experience of travelling with 3 young children, twins under 1 and one 4 year old. the hotel accommodated our requirements for a room and cots. all staff were friendly and supportive with the children. the restaurant prepared non-menu meals when asked. when the reception tried to charge us for the room which had been prepaid; they quickly checked their records, apologised and prepared a new account. all in all they made our first experience in a hotel with children much easier and more relaxed than we had feared.
