Nettes hotel,sehr zentral in direkter nähe zur schönsten ecke birminghams dem kanal mit tollen restaurants etc.trotzdem sehr ruhig.toll ausgestattetes hotel,sehr modern,internetzugang auf dem zimmer langsam aber gratis..dieses hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen... beim check out sollte man unbedingt die rechnung kontrollieren...

Very stylish hotel, good atmosphere and excellent location. the hotel is surrounded by good restaurants, and is situated in a pleasant neighbourhood. my colleagues share my view of the hotel, and i can only recommend it to all who go birmingham and look for a central hotel. we also got good value for our money because i booked the rooms a long time in advance on the internet.

Clean, modern and in excellent location with huge ncp parking on doorstep. had sky, dvd and cd player so remember your discs! room was compact but the space was used well; double bed was comfy and mini bar and champagne bucket came in handy! ensuite was clean and sleek with the white company products. breakfast was fab; huge selection of cereals, fresh juice and fruit plus buffet style full english!! staff were very helpful and served tea, coffee, endless toast to the table. super!

Clean and modern hotel. the staff are very friendly and nothing seemed to be to much trouble. the area was very quiet for a city centre location and there were plenty of bars and restaurants within less than 5 minutes walk. the rooms were modern and functional, maybe a little to clinical. bathroom compact with no bath. if after value worth searching other sites for an offer. got 2 nights b&b for 2 persons for £159, which was superb value compared to other establishments.

The city inn is an excelent hotel in a location just off broad street. no busy traffic and a 2 minute walk to the beautiful canals of central birmingham.fantastic setting for a romantic weekend or a lively night out. the hotel staff are excelent and the room was very clean. i would recommend this hotel to any one wanting a good night in the city and i would recommend they book with hotelsclick , i saved £30 on b & b for one night.

The city inn is a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of birmingham city centre. it has a wonderful location, close to absolutely everything but in a quiet corner, so you don't hear the bustle of the city. the city cafe offers a wonderful kitchen and ala carte menu. the rooms are immaculate and have everything you need. the staff are friendly and polite. overall a fantastic place to stay to enjoy everything birmingham has to offer.

My partner and i stayed here on 11th of jan for two nights and overall we found this hotel to be excellent value for money as well as being only a 5-10 minute walk from new street station(city centre). the hotel was comfortable, quiet but close to some lively bars, the rooms are modern and clean and the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. all in all, we would highly recommend this hotel.

My job requires me to travel a lot and so i have seen a lot of hotels. my husband and i stayed here on the 12th january for one night. the hotel and room was spotless. sheets and towels were nice a white and crisp. the rooms were modern including the flat screen tv and midi hi fi system. my only critisism was the breakfast did not cater enough for vegetarians i.e no vegi sausages or waffles etc. however what was there was very nice and hot. service at checkin/out was excellent and very swift and parking is either on site or in the ncp next door at £11 per 24 hours. location wise it is excellent. walking distance to the nia icc, brindley place and the city centre is 10 minutes away. will definately use again.

We've stayed in several city inns and have never been disappointed. the rooms are well-appointed and very comfortable. helpful staff and good restaurant/bar. the birmingham city inn is centrally located in an area of excellent restaurants- bank, le petit blanc and at the ikon gallery.would very much recommend plus the hotelclick room rate offered super value and included an excellent breakfast.

I only spent one night in the hotel and they placed me in one of their renovated rooms, i have to say it was beautifull, one of the nicest rooms iv ever stayed in, service was 2nd to none, the only complaints i would have are its neaveau cuisine which sucks after a three hour drive to find my steak sprinkled with vegetables, they need to up the portion size for the price. also the tiny car park under the hotel is both really hard to drive into without scratching your car and also hard to get out of, other than that a really nice clean friendly hotel.

Great place to stay and a nice 15min walk to the bull ring - ask for one of the refurnished rooms.... would have been cheaper if i had booked the night before on the hotels website (by £20!)

Excellent place, location and service. we were unfortunate since upgrading works within the hotel were taking place, but as we were out for most of the day, this was not much of a problem. also, the adjacent site was being redeveloped, and our view was spoilt by building machinery.

Very enjoyable stay at the city inn hotel birmingham. location is perfect; the staff are extremely helpful and professional. the rooms are ample sized for a short stay, modern clean furnishings and well equipped with lcd tv, cd player and dvd. i would recommend this hotel. i would particularly recommend using hotelsclick.com to book your accommodation they saved me over £100 on 2 double rooms. recomend
