This hotel dont know much about service. when we arrived, we had to bring our luggage by ourselves to the reception. it is still in some manners a ddr hotel then we had made the check in, the receptionist said: thats all - and then we again had to take our luggage and find the room. nobody to show us the facilities in the room and tell about the hotel and carry the luggage. outside we asked the frontdoor mann way to ddr museum - and showed him then map. he told us dicectly the opposite way than it was
