Great staff on reception, had issue that i booked double room but the supplier only had twin beds, in fairness, they answered all my emails and did to change hotel room but couldnt, they did push beds together so it was ok in the end, nice modern hotel ,, in great location,

Ottima location ( sia x il centro che x l'areporto), comodissime e pulitissime camere, non abbiamo pero preso la colazione, che per il prezzo avrebbe potuta essere inclusa.

Wir hatten das hotel gebucht, um über ostern eine schöne städtetour zu erleben. gleichzeitig nutzten wir das hotel um beim halbmarathon mitzulaufen und ein ligaspiel von benfica lissabon live zu erleben. das hotel ist an einem hang gebaut. man braucht schon ein bißchen puste wenn man täglich zu fuß unterwegs ist. die perfekten verkehrsanbindungen zu bus, metro und sightseeing touren machen das aber wett. zimmer waren sauber, leise aber nicht gerade groß. zum schlafen hat es aber gereicht. frühstück war das nötigste vorhanden. wellness oder fitness gab es nicht. positiv auch der kostenlose wlan anschluß auf den zimmern und im foyer. einziger wehrmutstropfen , daß es jeden tag bei ca.14º-18ºc geregnet hat. da kann das hotel aber auch nichts für. insgesamt ein schöner urlaub zum entspannen.

We stayed at the hf fenix garden twice in may separated by a few days road trip to northern portugal. both stays were very pleasant. the location is good and easily accessible by car (particularly for someone unfamiliar with lisbon .) and has a handy on site garage. rooms are comfortable, breakfast excellant, staff pleasant and pricing (for lisbon) very reasonable

Un albergo con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, molto comodo per la visita della città e sulla via per l'aeroporto. ristrutturato di recente (e si vede), la camera standard è un po' piccola ma comoda e pulita. gratuiti servizio internet e cassaforte, ma niente frigorifero. personale sempre disponibile.
