Actually the hotel was very nice & the rooms have been renovated everything is excellent the hotel staff & the manager. the big problem i faced was this website it's not credible when i checked in the receptionist told me that this rate is valid only for eu passport holders i told him this wasn't mentioned in the term & conditions while i booked the room. he referred to his manager he was very polite & decent person he told me he will email this problem to fix the issue. he received a reply that i've to pay 85 eur in one night dur to difference in nationality, i emailed what happened to me to hotelsclick customer service email they told me we are trying to. fix this issue & you can pay & reimburse us the amount. i sent them the claimed amount with the reimbursed receipt nothing happened!!!!!! i warn all people not to book through this uncredible website it steals the customers they attract people with deducted rates without mentioning its terms.
