Service and initial presentation was great. however, room was a little dated. it had exposed wires hanging over the curtins from a light, bit of mold around the hand basin and a dripping shower. worst of all thou was the extra child we had to pay for. due to some issue with the website we were not able to book for our 11yo daughter. i was advised of this and also told i woukd have to pay the extra $70 aud a night for her a check in. as i said, i was made away of this and did not have a problem with it, until....... a staff member attended the room, pulled the bed out and dropped a blanket on the plastic matress. when asked about maling it he said, 'no sorry, thats up to you'. hmm, not happy but ok. couldnt find any sheets! asked reception and was told, 'no, we dont have or offer single sheets'! so not only did we have to make the single trundle bed, she had to sleep on the piddle resistant plastic matress protector. not happy jan! other than that, no complaints
