Upon check-in it was immediately apparent that this hotel was ground zero for the nearby mad decent block party as barely clothed teens toting beers paraded in and out of the lobby. immediately anticipating a long nite of boisterous hall parties and little sleep, we wondered how we had landed here. when our room was not yet ready (i can only imagine what housekeeping was trying to keep up with) we were graciously upgraded to a very nice room at the end of the hall on an upper floor. this turned out to be a huge blessing as almost no partying spilled over into our neighborhood and we enjoyed a quiet, restful night. thanks and kudos to the front desk for recognizing our plight and finding a great way to remedy it. the breakfast buffet is also one of the better ones you will find. enjoy!
