Pur essendo già vecchio cliente la stanza assegantami la prima notte era a dir poco orrible: piccolissima e invivibile per due persone ( numero 307). in seguito alle proteste la seconda notte ci è stata data una stanza migliore. alle nostre richieste di spiegazione ci è stato detto che siamo stati gli ultimi ad arrivare in hotel ( erano le 20) e quindi era rimasta solo quella camera disponibile: eppure il soggiorno era già stato pagato tramite hotelsclick.

Brilliant friendly staff, rooms great, greeted with a glass of cava by reception staff. buffet was good, plenty to choose from even if you didn't like some of the hot meat, chocolate cake for breakfast - something else! location exactly where we wanted central for everything.

Good location. the bed is not very comfortable. most employees showed a little arrogant and availability. an example: i needed an extra towel and in recepcion told me that i would have to ask an employee of the rooms. only after insisting that they took me the a towel to the room. other: one of the employees said that i have to be nice so they could be nice too. overall the hotel is not bad. it has a terrace with a great view. but we don't come back to this hotel.

Champagne reception welcomed us and was an indication of the hotel and entire stay. buffet breakfast was the best i have had at a hotel with pretty much everything you could imagine available. rooms and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable. i have nothing bad to say about the hotel except the bar is not open late.

As a group we had a great time and our overall impression was that this was a good holiday deal for what we wanted as hotelclicks price was far better than any other site we came across for a hotel in this area of barcelona. the 4 hotel bedrooms we had were all somewhat cosy in size but manageable and comfortable. noise levels were fine if windows kept closed. great to have free wi-fi meant we could keep in contact with our business at home.

The staff were very helpful and willing to help...the hotel was in a very good position for local restaurants also the marina areas had some very good fish restaurants aswell. we were given a room but were advised that it was on the small side and the hotel could change us over the next day which they did to a much better one. the hotel was very clean and tidy in easy reach for the metro just across the road.

L'accueil a été parfait, à l'arrivée, au départ... rien à dire. le petit déjeuner est formaidable. mais la chambre (307) est visiblement une des plus petites de l'hotel. la chambre donne sur une cours minuscule, dans laquelle le soleil ne parvient jamais. le lit a un problème. je n'avais jamais eu un lit aussi bruyant. pas de chaises dans la chambre. salle de bain propre, mais la poubelle est cassée. le porte serviette est cassé... il m'a semblé en partant le matin et en voyant les femmes de ménage dans les autres chambre, que nous n'avons pas eu de chance. on nous a refilé la chambre la plus pourrie. evitez la 307!!!!

Excellent, central location. many of the main places of interest and shops all within walking distance. room was comfortable with mini bar and tv. a very informative guide to barcelona was also provided. breakfast was far better than other 4 star hotels we've stayed at. there was no time to use the other facilities. staff friendly and welcoming. would definitely recommend.
