Wir waren für 4 tage im h10 casanova und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. alles war prima. empfang super nett. zwar relativ kleiner frühstücksraum, frühstück aber sehr lecker und vielfältig. sehr aufmerksamer service. es wurde immer nachgelegt. lage gut, ca. 10 min. fußweg bis plaza catalunya. guter ausgangspunkt für stadtbesichtigungen.

Nous avons séjourné cinq nuits dans cet hôtel durant la semaine de noël. nous l'avons choisi pour sa situation centrale dans la ville et pour son bon rapport qualité/prix à ce moment-là. a notre arrivée, le personnel parlait français, et un verre d'accueil nous a été offerte au bar (champagne). durant notre séjour le service a toujours été au top : personnel de chambre discret, vigile omniprésent à la porte de l'hôtel, etc. le petit déjeûner était pantagruélique : extrêmement varié et de très bonne qualité, avec un réassort continu. nous avions deux chambres, modernes et confortables, avec de grands lits et une salle de bains propre et bien équipée. la télé diffusait entre autres des chaînes françaises. seul problème, les chambres donnaient sur un boulevard bruyant et l'insonorisation n'était pas suffisante. de ce fait nous avons souvent été réveillés la nuit. dommage...

Abbiamo pernottato in questo hotel per una settimana. un hotel molto carino con il personale sia alla reception che al bar o nella sala colazione molto disponibile e gentile. ci siamo trovati bene anche perche' abbiamo usufruito della postazione internet con tanto di stampante per prenotare sia i biglietti dei siti piu' significativi che i ristoranti dove cenare la sera. la camera, anche se non tanto grande, era molto tranquilla forse perche' affacciava sul cortile interno; letti molto comodi, bagno accessoriato e grande. colazione varia con prodotti freschi. abbiamo anche utilizzato la terrazza con tanto di piscina (piccolina) con idromassaggio. nel complesso suggerirei senz'altro questo hotel vicinissimo a due fermate della metropolitana e comunque non lontano dal centro e dalle ramblas

Always difficult, picking a hotel in a city your not quite sure about, but i got lucky with this one. ideally situated - not too close to anything to be expensive or noisy, but not too far away to be a problem. and with the urgell metro station 3 minutes walk away what more could you want. the roof top terrace is great - small pool, reasonably priced drinks, very sunny. the hotel is clean, tidy, modern and quite funky. the rooms are big and clean. they would benefit from tea & coffee making facilities in my opinion, but they had plenty of storage and great bathrooms. h10 wasn't a chain i was familiar with, but we saw another couple of their hotels as we were walking around and would definitely consider staying with them again.

We asked for a quiet room and got a room away from the street. it was no noise from the street, but you could hear everything from the room beside, and in the corridor. althoug it is a very nice hotel, and we had a pleasant stay!

Camere e bagno piccole, reception ottima, colazione buona, pulizia buona, il ragazzo che porta i bagagli che si chiama in italiano saverio è uno che dovrebbe fare pr del albergo con la sua educazione, gentillezza, disponibilità e la passione che ha per la sua città, grazie saverio!
