Este hotel, restaurado en el 2005, cuenta con un total de 166 habitaciones, tres de ellas suites, repartidas en seis plantas. Está climatizado y cuenta con un hall de entrada con ascensor, una cafetería y un área de recepción abierta las 24 horas que le ofrece servicio de de caja fuerte y... Not satisfied
The service was bad for what to expect from a 4star hotel. my room didn’t have hot water in the shower. 2 nights when by, and they didn’t fixed it ore offered my a new room!!! i notified the reception the the same day i arrived. nothing was done ore offered me. i had to wait to morning after for the maintenance to check it. the next day i informed the reception again about the shower conditioning, and i had to wait for maintenance. the day went by, and when i came back in the envning, though everything was ok, the hot water still not hot!!!!! i explained to so many time , even for the manager, was nothing they could do. so don’t expect to get what you pay for. the pool on the roof was so small, the photos on the hotel website is misleading.
