Location eccezionale, di fronte hyde park, uno dei migliori quartieri di londra. il lounge bar suggestivo, belle le camere con bagni in marmo. ottimo anche il ristorante in loco. la vicinanza alle due stazioni metro permette di visitare la città con comodità. personale simpatico e disponibile. consigliato a tutti!

We had room nr. 854, nice and quiet, with sun coming in, a large bed with six pillows, big wardrobes and a nice bath. we enjoied starting the day with a nice breakfast. the man half italian and half columbian(?)and the lady half italian serving in the middle of the room were both very amiable and efficient

Absolutely lived up to expectations... you get what you pay for! i would thoroughly recommend it to anyone, unless they are looking for somewhere loud or children-friendly. (i'm sure the staff would cater for them admirably but less than perfectly behaved children would easily shatter the hotel's tranquil atmosphere).

The reception staff were faultless - very professional and polite. it would have been useful to be shown to our room as the grosvenor being such a huge hotel it was difficult to find. the room was less than satisfactory. small. old fashioned. could do with updating.
