Great hotel in a great location. we had a really enjoyable stay but service let the hotel down. this hotel was rated as five star but we received far better service from a three star casablanca hotel. disappointing as this hotel has the opportunity to be amazing but service was so really bad.

I really enjoied spend a few time in this nice hotel.close to the most important services of the city:train station,post office theatre,taxis and restaurants but at the same time it was very quite especially in the night.breakfast also was very good to cover all the needs so i really recommend this hotel to everyone who wants spend a good holiday in this city.

If you want a large, modern hotel with a good pool, spa and fitness centre this hotel is perfect. it doesn't have the charm of the small riads closer to the jemma-el-fnaa square (where we had stayed previously) but it has spacious, comfortable rooms, good facilities and excellent breakfasts. a small drawback is the lack of reception staff - there was only ever one person on duty so if one client had a lengthy request to deal with everyone else had to wait. however, when we were seen to the staff were charming and helpful. the hotel is situated next to a busy roundabout which could have made it noisy (we booked too late for a poolside view) but this proved not to be a problem. in fact it was quite entertaining looking down on the traffic chaos from our balcony.

Mal acceuilli ,aucun services j ai fait plusieurs hotels a marrakech c le 1e hotel soit disant 5 etoiles alors que ce n est qu'un 4 aussi deplorables

Come dice il titolo abbiamo trovato questo albergo in linea con le aspettative. sostanzialmente cercavamo una sistemazione di buon livello, con piscina esterna, nel rispetto di un budget non esorbitante. in effetti così è stato, la camera è risultata spaziosa, ben attrezzata, l'aria condizionata efficace. unica nota negativa, anche se di poco peso, la direzione dovrebbe dotare le camere di una maggiore quantità giornaliera di bagnoschiuma e shampoo...bisognava centellinare il tutto per poter fare la doccia.
