This place was awful, the front desk service sucks, nobody at front desk at anytime and if you ask for help they tell you that you must wait after they get coffee, breakfast was frozen bagels!!!!! not creamer for coffee, front desk said that it wasn't her problem she was just front desk

The room was poor with water on the carpet i tried to chand the room they didn't have another one i tried to recieve your help with no answer finally i took a room that others nada check out dirty one at five am i with to kids entered the room i don't recommend others to order from this place not to order this hotel if i had read others opinion i wouldn't order that hotel i can't give this hotel and help from hotels usa no mark

We have rented 2 rooms. 1 was fine. in the other room the floor was soaking wet from a leaking airconditioner. we contacted reception within the first hour of being at the hotel and they just said that someone had spilled water and it would try fast. the next morning we complained again asking for a new room. in the afternoon nothing has happened and we complained again with the promise that they would look at it. in the evening nothing has happened and we were unable to get a new room so we had to squeeze together in 1 room instead of the 2 rooms we had rented. first after 2 bights we were able to get a new room. it's not satisfactory for us to have paid for 2 rooms for 3 nights and in reality only got working 1 working room for 2 out of the 3 nights.
