Ho pernottato in questo hotel una notte prenotando una singola, con mio stupore mi hanno dato una camera spaziosa con un letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli, 2 scrivanie, ampio bagno, con prima colazione, a 2 passi dalla stazione, reception sempre a disposizione... se dovessi tornare in città e il prezzo fosse invariato tornerei

Albergo situato a due passi dalla stazione centrale, ottimo per chi giunge in treno e fa uso dei mezzi pubblici per gli spostamenti (in stazione fanno capo tutte le linee metropolitane di napoli). buona la camera e la sua pulizia, anche se in un 3 stelle ci si aspetterebbe un tv meno datato e con più canali). buone le colazioni con buona scelta di dolci un po' scarsa la scelta sul salato. il ristorante disponibile solo alla sera non lo abbiamo provato perché il menù esposto non proponeva piatti tipici locali e nota negativa non è mai stato cambiato nei giorni della nostra permanenza. ultimo, ma rilevante, il comportamento molto professionale e disponibile di tutto il personale.

Hotel chenon rispecchia le tre stelle indicate nella specifica. il bagno era molto brutto e guasto! lalocation dietro la stazione era veramente inadatta ai turisti.

A quaint hotel good location near the train station, excellent value for money, very clean with helpful staff, only down side was the area, i would not feel safe walking the area late at night.

Le réceptionniste voulait nous faire payer 10 euros en suppl car nous étions 5 et pas 4. mes 2 filles dormant dans le même lit. nous n'avons pas utilisé de literie supplémentaire ni de serviette. nous n'avons pas pris de pdj car nous partions à 6h pour prendre notre vol. nous avions demandé le tarif pour 1 transfert aéroport, ce même réceptionniste nous demandait 50 euros pour 5 et les bagages. j'ai demandé à un taxi directement en bas de l'hôtel est le tarif était de 16 euros pour les 5 et les bagages. j'appelle çà du vol flagrant. c'est inadmissible!!!! j'en ai parlé au réceptionniste du matin qui lui était beaucoup plus agréable et souriant, il était très choqué du montant demandé par son collègue.

We have used this hotel several times over the last few years and found it ok. however this time was a massive disappointment. on arriving at the hotel reception we were told there was a problem with the water on one floor of the hotel and we were offered an apartment in a seedy back street where we were very wary of going out after dark. we had paid for a room in the hotel not a grimy back street apartment. the room in the hotel was booked and paid 6 months in advance. when we complained we were told there was nothing else available. we think the main reason for the transfer was not the water problem but overbooking ---turned out it was an italian holiday weekend. the apartment was quite disgusting with marks on the floor, toilet bowl badly stained, blanket on the bed with dirty marks all over it [ which we removed ], faulty plugs and wiring---the list is endless. we attach photographs to support our claims. totally awful accommodation, the worst we have ever experienced.

Ho soggiornato due giorni in questo hotel, il giudizio è positivo. la posizione è comoda, essendo nelle immediate vicinanze della stazione centrale. camere essenziali, ma pulite e silenziose, nonostante il traffico della strada sottostante. il personale molto disponibile e professionale. discreta la colazione a buffet. buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Room was very tiny, basic, and the walls were paper thin. i heard pretty much everything that was going on next door. staff are friendly, area of naples is not so much. the in-house restaurant was nice and served very nice food.

I thought when i booked a triple room that the new tourist tax would be included in the price as the price had risen from £98 when i first looked to £145 when i eventually made the booking.this was for a 2 night stay. however i was asked to pay a further 12 euros before checking out. surely this tax should be included in the price quoted. although the room was a little bit disappointing, the friendliness of the staff more than made up for it and the 2 dinners we had in the hotel were excellent. i have used this hotel in the past and i know there are much better rooms available.

The hotel europa is located centrally close to the railway station. not the best area in naples but ideal for touring the surrounding area's. basic rooms as are all in italy,more than adequite breakfast, ideal as a base. some of the reviews mention the area at night, which can be a bit daunting but we found no issue.

Nagyon jó hotel. közel a vasútállomáshoz, metróhoz. krándulásokhoz kiváló kiindulópont. reggeli ok. főleg az olasz reggelikhez képest. szobák nagyok, és tiszták.

Das hotel liegt günstig in der nähe des bahnhofs. der grund für die buchung war der sehr günstige preis. das frühstücksbuffet war sehr mäßig und wurde in einem raum im keller serviert, der mehr an eine kantine erinnert als an ein grand-hotel. zudem war das personal im frühstücksraum sehr lustlos und alles andere als bemüht. selbst so essentielle dinge wie teller und brot wurden teilweise erst nach längerer zeit oder aufforderung nachgefüllt. das personal am empfang war freundlich und einigermassen bemüht.
