A very central hotel in the heart of florence. ideal for walking to see all the sights. only a few mins walk of station with access to pisa etc. although of the older style has been well modernised with all up to date fixtures and fittings. it has a lovely roof garden with views across the city. the hotel affords double glazing and air conditioning. general service was excellent and we had clean linen everyday during our three day stay. we did not eat at the hotel, as preferred to try local restaurants. however, the breakfast was excellent with vast choice from buffet style including fresh fruit, bacon eggs, numerous cakes and pastries etc.
