I absolutely loved my exerience staying at this beautiful boutique hotel! i’ve traveled to many countries and stayed at top resorts and hotels and this was one of my favorite hotels experiences! i highly recommend this hotel to anyone. from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and attention by the staff! everyone was welcoming and very accomadating! thomas, the gentleman that greeted us and checked us in, helped us immensely throughout our six days stay. he assisted with making multiple reservations for us at top restaurants and even helping us with a refund for a tour we booked prior to flying to france, which included dinner at the eiffel tower. unfortunately there were security strikes on the night we were supposed to eat at the eiffel tower. thomas helped us to get refunded for that portion, by contacted the tour group, as well as booking us a reservation to eat at the eiffel tower on a different night. he even made sure we had a taxi reserved for our drive to the airport ! the hotel is in an amazing location and a few minute walk to the arc de triumph, tons of shops and restaurants. the rooms are beautifully decorated, very clean and neat. i will definitely return to this hotel the next time i am in paris! thank you so much for adding to our experience and welcoming my mother and i!
