Es hotel disfruta de una posición privilegiada, en el corazón de Lisboa. Es un hotel con una buena relación calidad-precio, los empleados están orientados al servicio. Very basic hotel
To start off, this hotel is not near any restaurants or bars. it is a 6 euro taxi ride away from the social areas. there is nothing of interest within walking distance except the city tour buses. secondly, the room was filthy, tiny and had a broken shower curtain. for some reason the toilet door had a glass panel !! staff were very unhelpful. breakfast was basic but ok, no complaints there. and the location is very quiet if thats what you want. so disappointed were we with this hotels location that we cut short our holiday, changed flights and returned home. needless to say we did not qualify for any partial refund.
