Sistemazione centralissima, pulito, ottima accoglienza. ci hanno dato la camera al mattino presto. però il bagno era senza termosifone. freddissimo. siccome dovevamo partire al mattino presto ci hanno fornito di colazione la sera precedente. ci torneremo volentieri.

We loved our recent stay at eva's rooms, the staff were polite and gave us a small map upon our arrival which they marked on the key tourist sites around the city and best routes to get to them. the building itself has a lift which after walking near 10 miles a day round the city was a lifeline for us as our room was on the top floor. the room itself was clean and tidy with traditional furniture and colouring plus air conditioning, which the maid/staff kindly turned on whilst we were out each day in preparation for our return from 30 degree + heat (a refrigeration godsend). there was a tv and small fridge and the daily continental breakfast delivered to our room included cappuccino, fruit juice, croissant, yoghurt, spread and rivita style toast popular on the continent. the bathroom was beautifully fitted with modern colour scheme tiling and our shower was honestly and truthfully clean enough taking into consideration the continuous and constant use it must get. our room didn't have one of the fresco painted ceilings that initially had caught our attention when choosing a hotel but that didn't spoil our stay. the bed and breakfast itself was almost perfectly located!! we spent 6 days in rome and walked to all tourist attractions on several occasions and only used the metro underground station once on the final day. if you prefer not to walk everywhere then the metro is cheap, quick, local and easy to access. the trevi fountain and spanish steps were very close by and there were also a number of restaurants in the area for the evening. all in all in and in our opinion this little bed and breakfast was a real treasure especially with regards to the perfect location and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a small bed and breakfast
